
Identify your problem.
It’s time for you to know what’s your problem. Sometimes we do feel that we have something wrong within us, but we really don’t know what it is. By identifying the problem, you will have an idea of whom you’re going to talked to and discuss things about bothering you. Try to ask yourself about the things that haunt you, and the causes of all your suffering. “What’s my problem?”, “Why I have this feeling?”
Have Proper Personal Consultation
Too much thinking about your problem will result to a severe pain inside. It’s really important that you have to release your pain, agony or problem to someone who can help you. Try to consult a psychologist, they are expert on dealing mental life. You can also ask help from your friends, or love ones whom you know they can help you. Do not consult to those who don’t know how to listen, this might add your suffering.
Personal Assessment
Not all of those advices and ideas are considerable. You need to assess yourself if it really fits to your personal needs. Don’t add up another problem, and just be sure you hit the highest possibility by selecting what’s really important and necessary.
Work and Pray for It
I believe that the only person that can truly heal and ease your suffering is God and work by yourself. It’s is necessary to take steps from all advices from your consultants (friends, psychologist, etc). By doing what’s best and necessary would come up for a better solution. Don’t push yourself too much, relax and take things sure and easy. By then, you won’t be scared facing the reality of your life.

well!. with the ever increasing pace of life.. there are chances of a person feeling lonely and depressed. The only solution to this problem lies in socializing, expressing urself to otherz or a may be a small break to Goa!

Problem some is kinda hard to identify while some mayb personal problems which unable to share with others even close relative. Or some of them mayb try to level up ur issues. however Awesome post.
An interesting article. Problems are not always easily identified and sometimes require the use of professionals to help manifest the issues. I myself love to play video games in order to escape the troubles of reality even though it may only be briefly.
